16. Happy 3rd Birthday: A Step by Step Guide to Releasing the Body from Energetic Blockages, Trapped Emotions, and Stagnant Energy

This morning as I excitedly told Beckham “Happy 3rd BIRTHday!” and got a big hug and snuggles, I suddenly thought about the exact minute he was born.

There were many wonderful moments.

Sometimes we have a less than wonderful thought and it is always a blessing to be shown where you are not free, where past traumas/emotions/feelings have been lodged inside your body awaiting a time to resurface.

BFFs.

All is not lost once we repress and suppress emotions causing energetic blockages.

This is how our ‘pain body’ is created. One piece at a time, swirling blocks of trapped emotions. Any time we are distracted from the ‘present moment’ by trying to resist a trapped emotion, trying to deny it, dread it, push it away, it gets lodged in our body.

The key is to surrender, to accept life and progress to the point where you can relax and accept what is, because this too shall pass, good or bad, and just let the trapped emotion pass through you.

There are many different ways to raise our energy and release them but there are three methods we use regularly. The first is through a tuning fork, playing the vibration of earth and connecting to our energy centers. Music is very healing for the body. The second is a method we created ourselves based on “The Emotion Code / The Body Code” and the way it naturally progresses in our lives. And the third is a peaceful prayer/meditative feeling where you connect, fully feel the emotion and remove the energy charge behind it, letting it go, not resisting it, experiencing it in the present moment until it passes.

He wants to do everything big sister does.
She reads, so he reads.

Eckhart Tolle often quotes the philosopher, Epictetus, who was a stoic and said, so simply, that most of your suffering is arising from what your mind is telling you about a situation, not the actual situation.  We create our suffering. I sure did.

When we resist and hold the pain/anger/frustration/judgment/ irritation/sadness/grief/sorrow/ embarrassment/shame/guilt, whatever it is, in our body, it creates a blockage.

Everything is energy, everything has a frequency. Including the tv stand, our food, our bodies, our pets, and our emotions. I won’t take the time to explain that now, scientists can explain the results further if you want to marvel at the particle and wave in everything on Earth brilliantly created by our Creator.

When the frequency of our resisted emotions gets trapped and stored, it creates a blockage. The flow of our electromagnetic field is compromised. This is why electromagnetic fields (EMF) from technology and radiation affect our bodies in the first place, because we are electromagnetic beings, and the external repeated frequency harms and changes our frequency. (At a minimum, put that phone in airplane mode – better yet in the other room – and unplug that wifi router while you sleep.) It’s the same concept with the frequencies of emotions.

Copying her wasn’t enough. It made him so happy to trade and “read” her book. She’s a good sport, mid story instead reading Good Night Gorilla. He is so pleased, it’s so cute.

Letting it go. Worries, fears, expectations, judgements, negative thoughts.

The best thing you can do for yourself today is start listening to that chatter in your head. When you hear worries, fears, unrealistic expectations, judgements, negative thoughts, let them go. One at a time.

You can read David Hawkins work “Letting Go” and learn how to do it, if the ‘present moment’ concept is new to you. Most of us are stuck reliving the past, or worried about the future and the real magic, the best place to be, is alive in the present moment.

That’s all we will really ever have. That’s what we would LOVINGLY excitedly tell ourselves at any point in life before now; trying to inspire change.

Here is a powerful excerpt from Letting Go by David R. Hawkins, M.D. Ph.D. chronicling the basic concepts used to heal (with my commentary):

• “A thought is a “thing.” It has energy and form. (Yes! We know this, we can feel each emotion/thought, we can feel the release of emotions when removing them).

•The mind, with its thoughts and feelings, controls the body; therefore, to heal the body, thoughts and feelings need to be changed. (He explains your body today is a result of all of your inputs. Your body reflects your field. Your field reflects your mind. Don’t like the result? Change what you entertain in your head. Remove the negativity. Try replacing it with “How good could it get?”What do you want to happen, entertain those thoughts.).

•What is held in mind tends to express itself through the body. (If you profoundly understand one take away, have it be this.).

•An illness tends to result from suppressed and repressed negative emotions, plus a thought that gives it a specific form (i.e., consciously or unconsciously, one particular illness is chosen rather than another).(The more you work on your conscious trapped emotions and free up your body, the more able you are to access suppressed and repressed emotions. Anyone serious about working on themselves can be taught how to do this, we have figured out one way.).

•Thoughts are caused by suppressed and repressed feelings. When a feeling is let go, thousands or even millions of thoughts that were activated by that feeling disappear.”

That’s a tiny tip of the iceburg but you can see how powerful the mind and body are.

Ignoring it because you want it to go away is like being an ostrich with your head buried. Acknowledging it, feeling all of the feelings and not resisting, taking the energy out from behind the feelings and sitting there, not distracted, fully present feeling love and joy, let’s it pass through you.

Embracing wholeness, all sides of you, everything before you exists for a reason, to teach you. Cycles will repeat in your life and keep coming back until you learn the lesson being gifted. Life does not happen to you, it happens for you.

Until you can embrace the dark shadows you have, and hug them, they will continue to grow stronger. Finding your shadows and healing them with sound tuning and prayer/meditation/introspective honest thought in nature, or any form of emotional healing, is a golden ticket to peace.

When you practice hiding negative emotions/ thoughts/ memories, you cling to them.  The exact opposite of what you wish to do.

The body cannot function the way they were intelligently and lovingly designed with blocked energy, we were created to operate with energy flowing. It will soon begin screaming at you, pleading for your attention with ‘symptoms’.

There are, of course, mainstream paths for chronic conditions but if you don’t ‘pull the weed’ at the root, you never truly elevate and resolve this in the body.

Our bodies are like a temple we should be putting our time and energy into so that we are able to be at our maximum effectiveness in the work we are meant to do while here.

Your body will aid you in every way possible, ridding itself of the emotional trash you mistakenly discarded all over it. It wants to heal itself. We were brilliantly designed with this ability, our bodies made to heal themselves.

The body will release things to be healed in layers. It’s best not to get too far ahead of yourself, instead start with the loudest cries and start bringing light to this area as you begin emotional repairs and rewiring neurons in your brain with different thought patterns.

You likely didn’t get here in a day, and, if you did, you will be feeling joy as you correct the root of the symptom quickly.

However if you survived by ignoring and “stuffing” more and more over the years, if it’s become an “autopilot” habit, a part of your personality, to deny your feelings and emotions, you’ll be compacted more and more until you hit capacity. Firmly blocked and now overflowing in a manifestation of symptoms, or a complete blockage of energy, the area of the body is dark and health and vitality are failing.

This is a shutting down of our electromagnetic field. You can feel when people have bodies shutting down just by being in their presence. The shadow they tried to hide, the trauma, loss, guilt, shame, anger, whatever it is, that they have shoved down has now grown into something they never intended or imagined.

That’s all it is, that’s what we have all always wanted but were never taught.

But we copied a broken model that was modeled to us. Saying ‘yes’ to resisting, means we said ‘no’ to parts of life. Our bodies cannot function this way. It affects our entire body – just like a strand of Christmas lights when one bulb is out. It affects our nerve hubs, our energy centers surrounding the area and all the way out. Left untreated, the body can potentially work into more and more disharmony and dysfunction.

Change your mind, change your life.

Marcus and I say this constantly, reminding us of the bigger picture. When you are the one that needs to hear it, it stings, but we know, in a good way. The minute we apply the healthy mindset we thank the other person for helping us get out of our own created hell from our thoughts.

The fastest way to undo all damage done to our mind, spirit, body, soul is love. Honestly looking at your thoughts and emotions and healing them. Replacing them with more powerful truths, not low vibrational addicting negativity.

Until you hug your dark shadows and stop judging them, you cannot bring them into the light. Love and Hate / Joy and Sadness / Success and Failure, we could do this all day. Once you understand the ‘why’ it melts away.

This is 3.

Any polar “opposites” are the same frequency just to a different degree. If you are too far out of balance and hate is in your heart; you need love to bring it back into balance.

I’ve transmuted toxic emotions with an overwhelming river of love flowing through my body.

Imagine a log lets say, a negative emotion in the form of a log, stuck and the river flowing over it. We never see it or remember it’s there. It doesn’t bother us. However, any time our thoughts of fear take over and we lower our frequency of love, we slow the river.

Without the pressure to hold the log in place, any unhealed wounds can dislodge and float up.

I never mind the opportunity to practice and do a deep cleaning. I want my river bottom free of all logs. I thank my body for bringing this forward and into the light, I explore what was hidden there, and what feels “uncomfortable” and bring it fully into my awareness.

I want to LIVE and EXIST, in THE LIGHT.

I started my day with this practice, and knew just how to remove the trapped emotions that were no longer serving me. Letting them go was the most blissful feeling and today’s focus went immediately back to celebrating our amazing son, just like it should. And this time in the light with my full presence and attention.

What are you capable of in your one great life in this body if you no longer carried around a pain body?

Nothing is impossible to the one who wants it.

  1. Really beautiful insights. Thank you for sharing your journey. It’s our greatest challenges that give us the opportunity to awaken more fully to who we really are. To know just how powerful we truly are. So, yes, as you mentioned these challenges can be our greatest gifts. Not easy when we are in the midst of them, but if we truly want our lives to be different we must invest the time needed to be with our fears, etc…. and move through them through love. We must act differently to have the life that we say we want. I appreciate your willingness to be so open in letting us know about the practices you have employed to bring about the transformations that you all are experiencing. May each and everyone of us turn to love and live vibrantly. And let us remember our bodies need outside light, movement and nourishment with delicious meals that we prepare ourselves. Much love!
