17. Living in your 100%

In practiced meditation, one reaches a feeling of flow.

In meditation, we go within. We find a flow of information, thoughts, and ideas. They all come in beautiful alignment, and better than we could have ever planned.

We have epiphanies, problems melt away, ideas rocket in and we wonder how we never saw it before, in short, brilliance happens.

This naturally happens after we surrender ourselves and our busy chatter.

The chatter is like that obnoxious friend we have all spent a day with that speaks to hear themselves speak and never listens, it’s not a conversation; they don’t enhance the experience, instead they only rob you of your solitude.

When we pour love into this friend and see them unconditionally trying to be their best, the ‘obnoxious’ melts away and it’s easy not to judge them. We also don’t judge ourselves. It’s easier to just sit there, if brought together, in a state of non resistance and non judgment, and enjoy the beautiful sound of our own breath, or the stillness of the present moment.

We can surrender our resistance to that chatter, to what previously felt impossible to ignore, and we find, we can just be.

The same is true in meditation. We send love to that busy part of our mind, the part trying to resist discomfort, trying to warn us, the part living in a state of busyness, fear, worry, whatever it is, and we just surrender and send love.

We stop pushing against it, and instead just exist next to it.

Non-resistance eventually quiets the mind. And then we are in stillness, in silence. In peace.

As Dr. Joe Dispenza famously says describing entering this place and letting go, “You are no one, no where, no-thing”, we let go of physical form, we let go of our focus on our outer world, we release focus on physical items and just place our attention within.

Our focus goes to our breath, to a quiet sound in the room perhaps, just peacefully existing. We begin to realize we are not our body, we are the one experiencing our body.

We are also the experiencer of the chatter in our mind, we are not the chatter. The chatter is an automatic program running. We are the witness, just being.

In this present stillness, sometimes brilliance begins to come through. We know it is not us, because we didn’t think it. We just felt it, knew it, we received the message and the end result is that, from this place of peace, an idea popped into our mind.

The best thing about these brilliant impulses, intuition and ideas is they are always 100%.

There is no downside, they light a fire within you that you can’t wait to act upon, they are pure brilliant ideas, I can’t imagine a better use of my time. I feel passion, love and inspiration all at once. They feel so right and so perfect. They feel like your calling or highest good. They are pure.

This is when we operate at a higher vibration, following this Divine idea.

We are at a higher energy, it is one of the best feelings to be around someone in this state. When you operate from here; you will notice kids who are pure love flock to you and the energy.

They can feel your pure joyous vibration, uninhibited by lower energy like fear, judgment, worry, they can feel you in the present moment, alive. They are there too.

This is when I feel God speaking the most. It is in these pure moments of meditation. When I stop speaking, because, just like when we are on the phone, you can only really hear the other person when you aren’t speaking simultaneously.

When you cease thought, and instead, sit in a state of love, and appreciation, just basking in the incredible gift life is. Feeling peace, resting in the beauty of the world and appreciation for the experiences, people, places, and things we get to live and love with our senses. Feeling appreciation for life.

From here, meditation leads to stillness to a quieted mind, to our inner beingness. From here, brilliance comes. This brilliance is different, it’s a knowingness received by us, not created by us through thought. We receive it by being, not by doing.

In time, the process of meditation is not even necessary to step into this Divine river. With increased time here in peace, and especially when in raw nature, you can just experience love and appreciation, the simple act of closing your eyes brings you right there.

This is where I feel God most clearly leading in life.  We can be living from a place of aliveness, really realizing how incredible all of the things that happened before this moment are, for billions of years, moments all came together, creating this exact moment, and it becomes natural to witness it, free of judgment because we know in an instant it will be over. This too shall pass. Good or bad.

Imagine if we navigated through our day, entering stillness often and receiving the next brilliant idea: and the next.

Imagine if we felt alive, passionate, inspired, giddy, joyful, playful, and appreciative every moment as we transitioned from one thing to the next.

Imagine if we let go of routine, obligation, and instead, followed our 100% from God, what a passionate, pleasurable, authentic, effective, loving way to live.

We know when we are living, when doing something that is our 100% we are our best selves. We have all felt it radiate to us when we are in someone’s presence living their authentic 100%.

We know by feeling it, that it’s a contagious joy for others, of the highest kind. We feel alive around certain people, inspired and full of energy, which results in more good spread around the world through us and others.

When we act in this Divine inspiration, it’s easy to do our absolute best. It’s a natural side effect.

We do our best, not because we have to, but because how we do anything is how we do everything and when we show up as our authentic selves, doing our 100%, we are serving our highest good, it’s what comes out. We feel passion and alive in our thoughts and actions.

When we serve our highest good, we serve God. We are in alignment. We can feel Source energy and inspiration flowing to us, and through, us and we return it to the world in our own vibration, in our own unique translation back into the world.

We are empty vessels ready to receive, translate in our own unique way, and live. We can choose to feel our way to alignment, and from alignment and a quieted mind receive the message of our 100%, and we can, over and over, choose this instead of settling for autopilot.

Imagine, an hour in this state. An afternoon in the flow of life. A whole day living with God’s glory shining on us and reflecting it back into the world. Imagine being around others doing this also. Can you imagine how good and authentic it would feel?!

Imagine releasing human programs like fear, guilt, obligation and being authentic, not to be what we think others or the world expects of us, but to be what God speaks to us and shows us. Imagine being our authentic translation and caring more about that relationship first, before any obligation to another.

How powerfully and lovingly could you show up from that place, and then step in the world.

When we chose alignment with God first, when we choose to love ourselves unconditionally, to forgive ourselves, this is how we show up for others.

Following your 100% and then reflecting that back, through yourself, engaging with others in the world. What an impact we make operating from this place instead of autopilot.

If this were easy, everyone would do it without trying.

It takes faith and effort to surrender through the discomfort of the body trying to run its programs and unseat us.

But if we retrain the body, the mind is in charge, and if we practice and find the stillness, we will find an endless stream of overflowing never ending love within.

I invite you to try and find your 100% highest good, connection to the Divine, pouring over your thoughts and actions.

How will we each translate these messages and radiate God’s love to the world?

The journey is yours and yours alone.

Much love. Much joy. Much peace.

Katie
